This policy explains how Explore Sefarad uses the personal data you send us through this website.

What data we collect and why

Only the details you enter in our contact and book-order forms (name, email, phone, country, shipping address and your message). We use them solely to answer your request, prepare your proposal or process and ship your order.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and the steps needed to prepare or fulfil a contract you request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Who has access

We do not sell or share your data. Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which acts as our data processor. For book shipping we give your address to the postal service.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your request, and afterwards only for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, or request its portability by writing to hola@exploresefarad.org. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
